Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags 

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will be accepted if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Non-Eligible Reasons

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the order.

  • Minor color variations occur due to screen or lighting differences.

Exchange Shipping Charges

For all exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the delivery and shipping charges. The customer must pay the cost of returning the item as well as the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:

  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect item was received and a replacement is not available.

  • The return request meets all eligibility requirements stated above.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
